Mixed feelings about the announcement.

Positive: The recovery process has exceeded expectations and is able to produce something that can be sold!

Negative: Funding is hard to come by and a new pilot plant is required.

I was hopeful that the Newcastle plant could be put into production and used to provide some income if the tests came back positive, however this seems not to be an option.

I wonder how much a new pilot plant will cost and how much time this will take, hopefully not another decade!
