i made a huge mistake with the low grade estimate by misreading the silver grade at 5 grams per tonne instead of 5 ounces per tonne

not exactly low grade!! at 3.5% zinc, 7.5% lead, 0.33% copper and 178 g/t silver, which equates to 15% zinc equivalent at current prices

Indeed not low grade, looks very good if these of figures are confirmed and at reasonable recoveries.
