I honestly don't understand how they can continue to get away with it! They have been doing it for years and years.. added zero value to shareholder investment!. There are many many word I could use to describe management and BoD of this joke of a company.. They must be excellent con-men to actually get peeps to invest more and more each time the hat is put out..
