one day, you might earn enough money and perhaps invest something meaningful, to allow large tax liabilities that need to be paid by due dates
smart people use fully franked dividends and other income to invest (as cash is king), rather than leave the taxable portion to the side.... those smart people use future dividends or sales of shares to pay said tax liabilities.
