Such as share dilution, for long term holders.
Such as ability to hedge and drag the share price down short term.
Such as ability for retail traders to panic and sell off at losses (I won't be one of them as I can absorb unrealised hits and I'm not emotional)
How about the fact that Channel 9 and Fairfax mob were weary of sensitive market information prior to the halt?
