Long time reader, first time poster in the Z1P forum. I have to say reading through this thread has been good entertainment for a Wednesday night!
I must disclose that I have a relatively small holding in Z1P and do not follow it as religiously as some, however the timing of this convertible note offering seems a little strange without other announcements. $300-400m is a hell of a lot of coin to raise to just continue with the expansion/growth in our current markets/business model.
If I were a betting man I would say there may be something else floating along in the pipeline that would require a relatively large cash injection, otherwise the timing of this just seems a bit odd to me! Anyone have any thoughts?
