so what I think happens is the lead managers in this case Jarden will do a book build to get investors to buy these SCNs right and than from that process they will derive the option price, which will then feed into the reference share price. probably just use black scholes model. but don't quote me this is just the brief process I know from study and my interests in deals/ work.
