I agree with Stefen on one of the very few occasions, $570 million to expand is massive...the guys who provide $400 million are not stupid that they will accept premium without any control...considering expansion into Singapore which is a hub for international trade and not other high populated Asian countries maybe Zip is going all out with Zip Biz for international trade so they take advantage of the first mover advantage...I am always positive with Zip....lol
