This is not a CR. In finance world it’s called funding. Basically they are issuing notes that has maturity date of 7 years at which date zip will have to pay them back the loan. But these notes can be converted into normal shares at 32.5% -42.5% premium to the reference share price. I’m thinking around $12-$14. You can also call it CR in future share price.
