Conversion Premium 32.5% - 42.5% above the Reference Share Price - guarrantee cheap sp by 23/4/2028, even if sp still at $9, they already make $ from the redemption price
Directors selling and lend shares to MLI for shorting/security/hedging ...got no idea why and what for.. when the CN is Direct, unconditional, unsubordinated and unsecured obligations of the Issuer.
