So one of the Z1P founders is lending there stock to M&L so that they can short it.
M&L might be looking to help raise capital at at premium but they are going to bet against the stocks performance by shorting with the founders stock!?!?
I read this announcement as we are in for some shorter pressure which combined with tax loss selling could see us drop substantially. I'll personally be looking to sell out and buy back in closer to june 30.
