so the stock borrowing/lending f* up was announced in April last year. I'm not sure when the agreement was actually signed but vaguely remember it was only for a year and granted to hedge the effects of the con note. are we looking at the shorts being covered for this? zip still has a tonne of shorts outstanding even after the placement.
