Could we still buy SZL but at better terms for ourselves as SZL looks to almost being going bust?
Now SZL is crashing, it's worth about $50 Million. Original offer was 0.98 ZIP Shares for each SZL Share.
Seems a new offer could be in the range of 0.3 for every ZIP share. This means we could take over the company at a significant discount while still growing the business.
What do you guys think?
