Hmm, I don't want to crap on the acquisition so let me just say that the global economy is rather crap under bonkers biden and retail isn't going to pick up this year.
Seriously, there's talk of 10% inflation in the USA in 2023 because Biden has no clue about fixing the economy- even if the Republicans win both houses in the mid terms and they install a new speaker and then impeach Biden and Harris, then their speaker steps up to become the new POTUS as per the constitution, it will still take a year to pull the correct levers to curb this insane inflation.
That means retail suffers, hence retail credit suffers.
Economics is about incentives and this Democrat economy is an incentive killer that is gonna keep oozing across borders for at least the next 2 years.
