lol - I don't recall anyone saying the fact she is a woman was their/our concern with her appointment? But hey, turn it into misogynistic, PC rubbish that is 2021 why don't you! Whoever is best for the roll, be it a woman or a man, should get the position. In my profession, I've served under three amazing women who have been the best candidates for their position and I have thrived because of them. It's comments and attitudes like @lajmington and yours that actually ruin business' because of this PC rubbish that there must be some sort of quota. What complete and utter nonsense! If you are the best candidate for the position - you should get the job!
