Seriously though people once every 10 or 20 years a share comes along like this and it just grows and grows. Sure has a few bumps along the way.
But zips management with their prudent banking and finance background is resulting in a more effective team being run. Their Glassdoor scores of 4.6 and 4.8 zip and quad respectively means they will be able to continue to attract key talent. When you're trying to lure people who are already millionaires (senior execs) into your company it pays to have a good culture. It's definitely something you want in the fin tech/tech space over not having given the shortage of STEM skills and luring over key people in the sales space.

Zip is catching Afterpay. The last 4 months is grown a lot lot faster than Afterpay. Their app scores are excellent the products they sell are loved.
This time next year zip will be annualising 16-20 billion in TTV and likely revenues of 1-1.2 billion AUD
