To a certain extent that is true but there is a difference. I own works of art and the price will never go down and will never crash for a picaso or monet, etc. Even in times of war.
As for the taxi drivers and fish and chip shop owners who've bought into APT and Tesla, etc; they are quick to scare and sell when they see that SP tumble.
