While I agree with you that BNPL isn't only for millennials, the fact that everyone should be doing this due to "time value of money" is a bit of a stretch.

How many people that didn't study finance or have an active interest in finance know about time value of money? More importantly, what is the impact of time value over a 6 week period?

I don't think it's necessarily time value of money that's causing this to be used by all generations but the psychological impact of paying $20 four times rather than $80 in one go.
