What is happening to Zip Biz?
Zip is committed to providing SME’s access to a seamless end-to-end product to accept payments, pay expenses and fund growth.
After a successful pilot Zip will continue to improve upon its SME offering. This will see the current Zip Biz product replaced in February with Zip Business Trade +, a new product allowing for higher credit limits (up to $150,000) and shorter application times.
As of 22 December 2020, Zip will discontinue its support for new Zip Biz applications with customers re-directed to apply for Zip Business Trade (credit limits up to $3,000) with the option to upgrade to Trade + when it launches in February. To apply for Zip Business Trade, customers can go to https://zip.co/business/trade
Existing Zip Biz customers can continue to use their account to make payments until further notice, whilst Zip Merchants accepting payments will see no change to the checkout experience.
