Zip has been in operation since 2013 (as per the announcement) and with profits about $90m p/a and a Unicorn. Now, of all times, this loan company pops it head up and challenges a TM because it thinks it can take a piece of a bigger pie. Zip wouldn't have got this far without its due diligence on Intellectual Property rights and Trade Mark.
