Yup... for a company generating no profit, this is a huge distraction costing millions of dollars, and (worst case) resulting in a name change... which would be a massive blow of unimaginable proportions given in the BNPL sector, it (right now, at least) is "all about the name" (not about the numbers... yet).
Very surprised this is marked as not price sensitive - any other company would mark any legal proceedings of any nature as price sensitive.
