Is it highly profitable? they reported a loss?
what are their profit margins on their revenue? Will their transaction margin still be the same 1-2 years down the track?
and if SP is based off US, what your claim also applies to them. So how is their SP so highly valued? Surely not on their profit. Sentiment plays a massive part, but quadpay have shown aggresive growth, and I would argue zip's customer growth and their net spend per customer is high. We shall see what occurs with their tap and zip. Theyve already admitted lower margins, but casting a wide net. We'll see if it plays outs. But the AU market is becoming less significant to SP than the US.
also zip's product overseas is 1 product. It is pay in 4 in the US, NZ and UK.
