thank goodness you explained that to them @tutor, I cannot believe that there are people that do not understand this model uses gearing to make a margin (funding from debt warehouse facilities and the master trusts paying a return to unit holders). That is why the bad debts are so critical they eat into capital that is borrowed for payment to merchants, and this must be made up on the margin from repaid transactions and fees etc
