dude you didn't say 'send' money to the merchants, your words were 'pay' the merchants, it can be confusing to some when bears here are talking about receivables being considered as debt to try make it look as though ZIP is in a huge debt problem when in fact they have removed debt.
You cannot use receivables as debt if they're using it to make money, 1000s of companies around the world use borrowed money to make money with, it's a form of passive income.
