Mate, what you make up this report? Bad debts are concerning but I'm impressed by APP download in US given Afterpay, Affirm and Klarna are given free advertisements and airtime in business new channels always talking about those companies. Actually i find this report positive considering the lockdown in Australia.
ZIP definitely need distribution partnership or merger.
