    Please correct me if I'm wrong but are there not listing rules around who must report the 4C and who is not obligated (Listing Rule 4.7B?)

    By discontinuing the 4C, Zip may no longer fall under the category requiring quarterly cash flow reporting.

    This seems by far the most likely explanation, right? Because ZIP has positive operating cash flow/ now has less reliance on external funding.

    Surely this is just the expected transition to standard reporting?

    I think this information signals confidence in their operations.

    It also means more administrative efficiency for them.
