You are comical.
So ZIP have just moved from business growth phase at any cost while the world economy was good (that strategy is fine in good times) then ZIP pivoted to reduce costs and focus on profits in the last 18months due to the worlds economy quickly changing (as they should have).
ZIP have moved from mass negative spend to now about to post first CFP profits in next 1 to 4 months all while in a high interest rate environment from that strategic move.
All while retaining around 1300 staff!
Thats a champion effort.
