They should just do a minority stake of the total 130M market cap anyway. The UK is getting crowded with two new large Euro players announcing their intent to enter last week. Laybuy have done all the hard with gathering customers and merchants and it wouldn't cost much to take a minority stake in company worth only $130M as a "Land Grab backup plan". Cheap insurance in case they fail like Klarna did here in Aus. Klarna is #1 in the UK and we should learn from their mistakes.
