Did you read in the announcement how much cash they have on hand - over 400mil! They only raised 400mil not long ago.
But your time frame of 8 to 16 months is pretty stupid, most growing companies could easily cap raise in the next 16 months. Especially if they are reinvesting for expansion, does not make sense. Do you know the goal of zip...expand for next 5 years at least.
