It's not about Mr Harvey making a good or bad decision with Z!P.
HN has to adopt as many BNPL platforms as it can to stay competitive and at least on par with rival retailers.
They all have the same offerings with regard to BNPL.
Z!P is not an exclusive BNPL platform for any merchant or retailer. Lots of competition now.
Some better than others, some advantages and disadvantages to merchants and consumers.
It will be only a matter of time where most retailers and merchants have several BNPL platforms to choose from.
