You can already use Zip in Harvey Norman, instore or online, using the Zip credit card.
You can use Zip anywhere, instore or online. So I'm not sure why the merchant agreements are still important. Except, as StefanF says, you get higher margin transactions when you use Zip BNPL instead of Zip Anywhere.
