The "ground floor opportunity" time to buy, was when you were still calling me Hitler and telling me what an idiot I was in October 2023, still buying into a seemingly ever falling ZIP share price. The ground floor opportiunity you ask for has clearly come and gone (not to say ZIP is still not a buy here - personally I only buy stocks when very clearly undervalued). It was at about the 2/3's done point of the diltution for debt period. When ZIP had clearly demonstrated the ability to progress to positive cash flow and profit (even if only marginal) despite the higher interest environment and was through the majority of its effective shares raise to pay off convertible debt.
It was what you never grasped Tekvest. You were about 1 year too late in your bankruptcy calls and our now 8 months too late on the lows. ZIP was indeed close to bankruptcy in 2022, but that was not when the lows in the price were in, which were far more to do with the massive convertible debt for shareholder duilution which ZIP was well underway in June 2023 and a big chunk removed in its July 2023 exercise:

People are so focused on the share price here and rarely even stop to consider the actual mkt cap, the true reflection of value on a company, on which the low was not at the same time as the share price in October 2023. ZIP reduced its $312 million of convertible debt at Dec 2022, by a big $70 million chunks in early 2023, $40 mill in June 2023 and incrementally and steadily along the way so that it was only $110 million by September 2023.
The share price low was in not long after in October, perhaps unsurprisingly with ZIP almost 2/3's done on its effective great convertible debt for shares swap at the expense of holders at the time. And when the selling relented, up the share price came on continued business strength.
Its funny how you and Stonks (the new troll apprentice) now mock ZIp's continued debt as if you other investors ignorant of ZIP's debt and you two savvy. You were both clearly clueless on the importance of its removal of its massive convertible debt overhang using share issue on the stock price - you were too busy saying how it was going to bankrupt ZIP, not realising how it was relieving the debt burden, at the expense of shareholders via dilution at the time and missed the lows entirely.

I avidly bought more (whilst you called me an idiot) knowing I could never pick the exact low, but suspecting it would be in the 2nd half 2023 (I thought around half way through it's convertiable debt overhang and was early in my call), once the selling pressure from dilution finally relented, whilst you mocked - and didn't buy.
Congratulations ZIP shareholders - particularly to those that bravely and painfully held. The convertible debt burden worry, at least a thing of the past.
