I think it will be great news for the company and long term share price if everyone gets scaled back a lot for a few reasons:
1. The company doesn't get too greedy and scale up how much money they accept particularly given they could raise at higher share price levels in future.
2. If everyone gets a few cheap shares, they are less likely to immediately try and offload them at the current higher share price.
3. It will give Zip and other investors confidence that they can raise money when needed as demand was so high.
I think it will be great news for the company and long term...
