Yes it's good, but it's only Australia, and they aren't that big in Australia.
I'm also a little perplexed as to why Z1P need to pay Amazon in warrants, with potential dilution at shareholders expense in this deal. Not an insignificant amount either.
Ultimately this is a great foot in the door, but it's a little concerning they need to pay Amazon to get in, rather then leverage off the models "Increased customer base" that BNPL is supposed to bring.
