Am I misunderstanding the announcement in that Amazon Australia were given warrants to acquire Z1P shares (at a price of $4.70) therefore Amazon Australia are not getting them for free or being paid to have Z1P on the platform but it is more of an investment in the Z1P itself as they potentially will have purchased/own shares? Unless they sell the warrants then whoever purchases them all be making the investment?Genuine question about my understanding of the agreement.
Am I misunderstanding the announcement in that Amazon Australia...
