I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but you do realise a Kmart announcement was made by Z1P months ago? (early June this year)
But you're probably right, Kmart may well be in the next announcement as it is increasingly obvious Z1P management like to re-annouce things that have already been done and whack a price sensitive mark on them (especially when the share price is faltering like it is currently).
