Completely agree with @pastperformer, but I think it's a worthwhile step for Z1P, if they ever want to get into the US this could prove to be a massive play (should be a good step in the door to allow access to amazon.com).
Also I'm sure Amzon isn't into this to make a couple of bucks per share, think of it from their side, this is an investment in a payment play (compare ebay and paypal for example).
