honestly @AnneSid I have no issue with you, even though everything you say is entirely incorrect.

I'm not cranky at all. I'm the least emotional investor you would meet, and try always to be level headed.

I wanted to give a pragmatic view as to why the directors
sold, and I think I've justified that appropriately having looked at their earnings and roughly calculated the appropriate tax liabilities. It stacks up.

as I said, the ex APT chairman publicly announced a sell down of circa $10m at a share of around $8-$10 to buy an upgraded house having sold his house in Paddington NSW. the APT execs have sold a huge amount of shares over the years... how can you honestly say you've never seen a stock go up once directors sell?

our execs aren't selling out, they've sold a minute portion of their holdings.
