100% right mate.
CPA per customer via merchant is expensive (and slow).
CPA per customer via Visa, Google & Apple Pay is cheap (and fast).
Investors have been dubious about how Zip will penetrate the UK market, so I reckon this will defuse investor anxiety on that point.
What we do not know is how this new customer engagement platform will drive longer term repeat purchases and a larger loan book per customer, and usage of new (yet to launch) revenue models.
