I saw this interview on the business today, as well the guy was the former executive of diners and then citibank he was very dismissive of bnpl saying they would never make a profit (read paid by UBS as a downramper)

Said the wbc deal was for bank licence to open savings accounts with tiny margins

Then went on to say the item about only 19000 merchants using the eftpos facility that could accept the visa tap and go technology, he said retailers for grocery would not be able to use it.

Now I think this may be a crock of BS, why would Z1P be saying you can use it anywhere yet this Bozo is claiming you can't surely only one view is correct
