I don't even know why we're having a highly improbable conversation about facebook taking over zip lol.
I must admit to being slightly disappointed with the customer service process for when a zip pay application is denied. My wife, who we share finances, applied for zip and got denied. She called the customer service to query it, and all she was told was that it was denied with no explanation given. I understand they're becoming more stringent on their lending, but we've had credit cards that we pay off by the month each time. I feel a little bit of explanation would be warranted.
