what a ridiculous comment. so reliant on late fees are better? it is about customer base and keeping them happy through services and products. the big 4 for years hurt customers with fees after fees.. then competition was created and they lowered their fees and created more products to satisfy the customers.. didnt seem to impact their revenues greatly.. it's all about the customer which ZIP have done well in.
