Yeah, I'm more peeved off about the shit customer service. Called up twice, first time was asked to email through the unique transaction references from my bank statement to "prove ownership" of my bank account. Did that, called back up to ask if they received it - "yep, we can see it, but it will take 2-3 days to review before we can unblock your account".

I mean for real. It was already verified at sign up, I've provided the extra info requested, and still there's "nothing they can do" I have to wait 3 days.

I'm burnt.

I honestly cannot see any advantage / difference in using the zip platform, vs using my regular bank facilities.

Especially if Zip's customer service is on-par with that of a bank (useless).

Failing to see any point of difference with zip vs others, and the fact that whatever zip does can be easily replicated by others.

So yeah, goodluck to all holders, but I'm out.
