Thailand is 3.15c for me.
It's cheaper for me to call Australia from Thailand than it is to call within Australia at around 8c.
In Thailand it is also cheaper than standard calls with my carrier.
There's significant potential revenue to be made from the additional features. That's why for for me, ignoring the fact it might help user retention, the current functions need to be improved or even just work.
