I bought in early and exited at 1.10 because I lost faith in the App. I am living overseas and have actively trialed the app on both android and IOS since initial launch. I still continue to use the app till this day because I need to use the credit I added to it. I agree with the comments above and I beleive that ZIP has not provided a refined service, and I am a customer who is using the app within strong 3G areas and at home with wifi.

When trying to call from Hungary to Australia I keep getting the error message"Sorry, but Zipt can't reach this number at the moment". I am a paying customer with $$ on my account and I can't "Just Call" like the companies tagline states!!! I upgraded the app only yesterday but have seen the error once again. When the calls do work, I have also experienced a lot of echoing on the calls and have needed to call family back on FaceTime or facebook messenger.

I'm not hating, just sharing my bad experience with the product. This company had so much potential, and I'm afraid they are rapidly approaching 10 million burnt consumers who will turn their back on the App once they experience issues. For shareholders, Let's just hope the app is somehow working within the 2g and low bandwidth areas.
