Also for a backdoor list category, ZIP has gone through a few and have never done capital raising in the process and there's no ASX announcement for capital raise, so it would be wise to check this DOU IPO with asic.gov.au website IMHO before investing. Anyway my Zip holding is just on the minimum tradeable parcel that my vote wouldn't make a difference.
