That's one way of looking at it.. maybe the had planned to, but if they had accommodated more retail investors, that may have detremented insto subscription and we could have seen a higher dilution even at a possibly lower price than the current, who knows what lead to this decision...... what I do know is that being oversubscribed by isntos is not really a bearish signal for a CR, I imagine we will see some retrace but no more than the consolidation happening at the time and that's not taking into consideration of anticipated announcements.
