One thing ive always noticed is it's difficult to decipher anything of certainty from announcements such as the last one from TAP, and you can actually do your head in trying.
As was the case with MEO,BUY,MRR and most likely the case with TAP, prior to an announcement on commercial viability, information will leak and be reflected in the share price giving most of us holders a pretty solid idea of direction. This kind of hint is particularly helpful to all of us higher risk takers as even if the results are not what we want it allows us to manage our downside.
