The above points are the most relevant. There will be a control transaction whereby there are only two outcomes.

If BCC sell I would suggest that the proceeds for their 50% far exceeds the present market cap of this company. Let that just sink in a bit. The 50% could be worth $20-$40m, most of which I would expect to be returned to shareholders. Imagine getting a 30c dividend for a 20c share!!! And I’ve pointed out numerous times that Zoleo is not priced into the SP at all.

The other alternative is that Beam will buy the other 50%. They should be able to get some debt funding but there will be an equity gap. However they’re buying ALL the royalty streams.

Put simply this looks like a win win.

I suspect it won't be hard to fund given current val, but nobody wants to raise at 20c...
