Yep, any transaction will put a hard figure to this…even if there is a possible long tail to this. Throw into the mix that Beam is the sole supplier as well. So beyond the facts laid out re the ongoing negotiation and dispute (you don’t move forward like this without a strong position or for something that doesn’t have value), this looks like a clear win/win as mentioned above.
fyi - interested to hear on other developments beyond Zoleo…specifically Iridium and the US defense contract they announced recently.
